渡远荆门外，来从楚国游。
Sailing far off beyond the Jingmen Gorge, I come to wander in the ancient Chu state.
山随平野尽，江入大荒流。
Mountains end where the vast plain begins; the river flows into the boundless wilderness.
月下飞天镜，云生结海楼。
The moon descends like a flying mirror from the sky; clouds rise and form a mirage of towers at sea.
仍怜故乡水，万里送行舟。
Still I cherish the water from my homeland, which has accompanied my boat for a thousand miles.
