绿槐高柳咽新蝉 薰风初入弦
Green locust trees and tall willows, the new cicadas’ song is stifled; the warm breeze first enters the strings.
碧纱窗下洗沉烟 棋声惊昼眠
Under the green gauze window, the sinking incense is washed away; the sound of chess pieces startles the daytime nap.
微雨过 小荷翻 榴花开欲然
A light rain passes, small lotus leaves turn over; pomegranate flowers bloom as if about to burn.
玉盆纤手弄清泉 琼珠碎却圆
Jade basin, delicate hands play in the clear spring; jade-like pearls shatter yet remain round.
